It is the mission of the Quincy Housing Authority to enhance the City of Quincy community by creating and sustaining safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing environments for people of low income.
Commitment to our mission
The Quincy Housing Authority (QHA) is a high performing housing authority making Quincy better by providing quality housing and a full range of services and programs for our residents. We service a community of more than 6000 residents including family, elderly, disabled and Section 8 residents acting as a catalyst for positive change. While creating and sustaining the best housing experience, individual lives are enhanced by QHA’s programs, services, support and recreational facilities. The many positive improvements made by QHA over the past five years have revitalized the community. We provide a tailored approach to manage safe quality affordable housing while working within the constraints of governing agencies regulations.
