The Quincy Planning Board last week received approval to build Mariner’s Cove. Mariner’s Cove will be two 4-story buildings located adjacent to its O’Brien Towers property, located on Bicknell Street. This new property will consist of 16 apartments and a finished basement to serve the elderly and disabled in the community. This new property will be owned and constructed by the Quincy Development Corporation, the Quincy Housing Authority’s nonprofit affiliate. Stay tuned to our website for future development news.
